WILLIAMS, MARIE DAVIS Marie D. Williams, 84, entered into rest Tuesday, May 31, 2005 at her home in Winter Park, FL. Mrs. Williams was born in Tampa, FL, to Julian and Myrtle Carlson Davis on May 3, 1921. She was a Registered Nurse, serving in WWII with the Airvac Unit of the US Air Force. While serving in the Air Force she met her husband of 56 years, Clarence M. Williams, Jr. She retired from nursing at Florida Hospital in 1981 and was a member of the Winter Park Presbyterian Church. Survivors, in addition to her husband, include three sons, Davis L. Williams, Winter Park, FL, Milton (Iris) Williams, Winter Springs, FL, and James L. (Pam) Williams, Apopka, FL; daughter, Marie A. Williams, Winter Park, FL; four grandchildren, Kris, Danielle, James and Brady Williams. A gathering of family and friends to celebrate her life will be held at the Carey Hand Cox-Parker Funeral Home, 1350 W. Fairbanks Ave., Winter Park, on Monday, June 6, 2005 from 6- 8PM.
