CAMPBELL, Marie Marguerite (Pilon) It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our dearly loved mother and grandmother on Monday December 8, 2014, surrounded by her loving family at the Shawville Pontiac Hospital in her 85th year. Beloved and devoted wife of the late George Campbell Sr. Her memory will be forever cherished by her son George (Marlene) of Pembroke, daughter Lucie (Joe Rochon), Shawville and her grandchildren Corey (Erica), Carley (Rod Sinclair), Maria, Gabrielle and Anna. Being surrounded by them was Marie's greatest joy. Loving sister to Paul Pilon (Leona). Predeceased by her parents Simeon Pilon and Leda Fortier, infant daughter Marie, brothers Monseigneur Rolland, Jacques, Marc (late Jeannine), Robert (late Jean), Pierre (late Edith) and her sister Laurette (late John Romain). Survived by her sister-in-law Ita Pilon. Marie will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews who truly loved their "Aunt Marie". Born and raised in Waltham, Quebec and living her entire life there, Marie was an active member of the Catholic Women's League, the Waltham Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary and lovingly volunteered her time to the Church - Our Lady of Perpetual Help, as choir member/director and sacristan for many years. Marie will always be remembered for her gentle ways, her kindness and her generosity shown to others throughout her entire life. Marie was a beautiful person who touched all of our lives in a very special way. She was loved every day of her life. Now she will be missed every day by those who loved her. Friends are invited to share their memories of Marie with her family during Visitation at the MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 296 Isabella Street, Pembroke on Friday at 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m and 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. and after 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 13, 2014. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday afternoon at 2:00 p.m. in Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, Waltham QC. Spring Interment in the Parish Cemetery.
