Obituary of Margaret-M. Wynn


Margaret M. Wynn, 84, of Suffern, NY (formerly of Mount Vernon) left this life peacefully to join her beloved husband, Bill, and her grandson, Liam on November 14, 2007. Margaret was born November 21, 1922 in Mount Vernon the daughter of Agnes and Konrad DeLong. She is survived by her sons and daughter Patrick (Carmela), Thomas (Laurie), Linda Villareal (Peter),and Richard (Irene). Margaret has seven grandchildren, Christopher Nordone (Michele), Arianna Villareal, Bryan (Marissa), Corey, Jason (Susan), Justin, and Devin, and three great grandchildren, Maeghan, Aidan, and Nicholas. She is survived by her brother Konrad DeLong (Barbara). She was predeceased by her brother William DeLong. Margaret retired from the New York Telephone Company in 1986. An avid reader, she could always be found with a book or newspaper when she wasn't baking a cheesecake, making macaroni salad or cooking a pot roast. She will be missed by all her family and friends. Visiting hours Friday (today) 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Beecher Funeral Home, Inc., Pleasantville, NY. Mass of Christian Burial Saturday 10:15 AM, Queen of Peace Chapel, Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, NY. In lieu of flowers donations in her name to United Hospice of Rockland, New City, NY would be appreciated.
