Margaret M. Harrington, a White Plains resident died Sunday, June 2, 2002. She was 89. She was born May 6, 1913 in Jersey City to Edward and Elizabeth Turner. Margaret married Carlton E. Harrington on October 9, 1948 at St. Helena's Church in the Bronx. She was a devoted parishioner of St. John the Evangelist and a member of the K of C Columbiettes. Margaret was also a member of the Pioneers of America. Margaret worked as an assistant traffic manager for AT&T in White Plains, retiring in 1970. She is survived by a sister Geraldine Olert of Southport, LI and her nieces and nephews and grandnieces and grandnephews. She is predeceased by her husband Carlton and a sister Dorothy DeFusco and brother Gerard Turner. Visiting hours will be Wed. 2-4 and 7-9 pm.
