GIBBONS, Margaret M., aresident of Montgomery for81 years passed awaypeacefully on July 9, 2008 athome surrounded by family.She was a charter member ofEastern Hills Baptist Churchand retired from Alfa Insurance after 24 years of service.She was preceded in deathby her husband of 31 years,Henry M. Gibbons, her parents, Mr. Joseph C. Martin, Sr.and Mrs. Sallie D. Martin, infant daughter, Jean Ann,brother J.C. Martin, Jr., andsister, Martha Jean Holston.She is survived by two daughters, Linda Johnson andSandra Stafford; four grandchildren, Craig Johnson, SheriJ. Kirkland, Ginger Johnson,and Tommy Johnson; eightgreat-grandchildren,; twonephews, James L. Holstonand Richard M. HolstonGraveside Services will beheld Saturday, July 12, 2008at 11:00 AM from GreenwoodCemetery with Rev. Larry Armstrong and Rev. Rick Marshallofficiating.
