JOHNSON, Maggie Lee Tyson, 85, of the Little Texas Community, died August 5, 2002, at the Care Center in Opelika.Funeral services will be Wednes-day, August 7, 2002 at 11:00 a.m. at the Union Christian Church. Mrs. Betty Wright, Elder will officiate. Bu-rial will follow in the Little Texas Ce-metery.Survivors include two sons, William (Sally) Johnson, Little Texas and Floyd (Elaine) Johnson, Shorter; five grandchildren, Denise Newman, Michelle Brown, Lee Ann Adams, Chip Johnson and Lori Dicks; five great-grandchildren, Allison Dicks, Jacob Dicks, Maggie Adams, Sa-rah Adams and Molly Newman and one sister, Bettie Cox, Auburn.Mrs. Johnson was preceded in death by her husband, John Cosby Johnson and by a daughter, Betty Jeanette Farris.The Union Christian Church Choir will serve as honorary pallbearers.Memorials may be made to the Union Christian Church Memorial Fund or to one's favorite charity.
