Lynn Williams East Chicago Lynn Williams, age 82 of East Chicago, passed away Tuesday, May 18, 2004 at Methodist Hospital, Southlake Campus in Merrillville. Survived by wife, Mary M. Williams; two sons, Larry (Roshanta) Williams and Donald (Toya L.) Williams, both of Gary; two daughters, Charline (Michael) Johnson of Hammond and Debra (Dennis) Valentine of Columbus, OH; step-daughter, Betty Fletcher of Houston, TX; 14 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; niece, Atleaner Hunter of Gary and a host of other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by sister, Willie Maude Williams. Funeral services will be held Friday, May 21, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. at the Mission of Jesus Christ Church, 3801 Deodar Street, East Chicago with Rev. Kary Denson, Sr., officiating. Interment Evergreen Memorial Park, Hobart. Friends may call Friday, May 21, 2004 at the Mission of Jesus Christ Church from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. prior to the funeral service.
