Kim was born Aug. 7, 1955, in Ottawa, Ontario, and resided in St. John, New Brunswick, throughout her early years. She was the only daughter of James and Virginia Cameron. She graduated from Acadia University, Wolfville, Nova Scotia, with a bachelor's degree in business administration. Kim was happily married to Kenneth Macdonald for 33 years. They resided in Calais for 22 years. She was a stay-at-home mom with her three children. Then she worked as a school administrator for the Calais school system for 10 years. Kim is survived by her husband, Kenneth; and her three children: her daughter, Chelsea Coleman and husband, Clyde, and daughter, Cayleigh, of Brewer, her son, James Macdonald and wife, Ashley, of Calais and her son, Scott Macdonald of Medford, Mass. She is also survived by her only brother, Wayne Cameron of St. John, New Brunswick. There will be a service held 2 p.m. Jan. 28 at First Congregational Church, Calais.
