Mrs. Lucy Mae Klugh Smith of Greenville departed this life at the age of 70 on Feb. 28, 2007. She was the daughter of the late Johnny and Mattie Walker Klugh of Abbeville. Lucy was a member of Springfield Baptist Church in Belton. She is survived by her brothers, Moses (Betty) Klugh and Jimmie (Betty) Klugh. Funeral services will be held Sunday, March 4, 2007, at 3 in the afternoon at the S.C. Franks Chapel. Burial in Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Services entrusted to S.C. Franks Chapel of Remembrance.
