Smith's GroceryPLANT CITY -- Mrs. Lucy Geneva Smith of Plant City died of lung failure Tuesday (Aug. 3, 2004) in Lakeland. She was 86.Born in Whiteville, N.C., on July 1, 1918, she came to Plant City from Tampa in 1950. She was the owner of Smith's Grocery in Antioch for 25 years. She was a member of East Thonotosassa Baptist Church.Mrs. Smith is survived by her son, Clyde B. Smith Jr., Plant City; daughter, Jo Ann Parolini, Plant City; two grandsons; four great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Friday at Haught Funeral Home, Plant City. Services will follow at 2 p.m. at the funeral home chapel.
