Lucy Maria Burch Lee Lynchburg, VA Lucy Maria Burch Lee, 86, of Lynchburg, VA, passed away Saturday, January 3, 2009, at Virginia Baptist Hospital, Lynchburg. Born September 9, 1922, in Plainfield, NY, she was the daughter of the late Francis Talcott Burch and the late Ethel Barrell Burch. She was a member of Hamilton (NY) United Methodist Church and was a retired dental hygienist, having been employed by Dr. Lyle Harrington, D.D.S. of Utica, NY. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four sisters, Marion Burch Scofield, Beatrice Burch Hailston, Beulah Burch Kiehlmeier and Dorothy Burch. She is survived by three children, Bruce T. Lee and wife, Carol of Sodus Point, NY, Terry W. Lee of Coconut Grove, FL, and Carol L. Nower and husband, David ,of Lynchburg, VA; two grandchildren, Shannon N. Migut and husband, David, and Thomas Nower, all of Ft. Myers, FL; one great-granddaughter, Chloe Marie Migut of Ft. Myers, FL; as well as many nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be conducted in the spring in Leonardsville Cemetery, Leonardsville, NY. Visitation for family and friends will be from 7'9 p.m., Thursday, January 8, 2009, at the Paul Funeral Home, Madison, NY.
