JACKSON, LUCYPETERSON, 89Ocala - Lucy Jackson passed away at Estelle's Hospice House on Tuesday, November 15, 2011. Born in Versailles, KY, she came to Citra from Ft. Lauderdale in the mid-80's. Preceded by her husband, Homer T. Jackson and two grandchildren; she is survived by son, Lee Brown, Deland; daughters, Carol Hershe, Williston; Patty Fay Rivers, Citra; sisters, Ruth Cairel, Indiana; Brooks Lewis, Kentucky; seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, November 20, 2011 at Countryside Funeral Home, 9185 NE Jacksonville Rd., Anthony.
