Lucy J. Smithof EndicottLucy J. Smith, 93, of Endicott, went to be with the Lord Saturday, March 6, 2004, at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Binghamton. She was predeceased by her husband, Richard H. Smith, Sr.; and her son, Richard H. Smith, Jr. She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Carole and Joe Ippinger, Endicott; four grandchildren and their spouses, Wendy and Michael Ward, Gardnerville, Nev., Glenn and Tesha Smith, Spring, Tex., Scott and Veronica Smith, San Pedro, Calif., and Perry Smith, Calif.; a special adopted granddaughter, Jessica Mower, Endicott. Lucy was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Endicott and a member of AARP.Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, March 12, 2004, at the Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, Inc., 300 E. Main St., Endicott. The Reverend Janice Devine, co-pastor of the First Presbyterian Church of Endicott, will officiate. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Endicott.
