Toccoa - Lucille Segars Carter, 87, of Toccoa, died Wednesday, July 25, 2007. Services will be 2pm, Friday, July 27, 2007 at Whitlock Mortuary Chapel. Interment will be in Carnes Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. Survivors include daughters Faye Adams of Toccoa & Jean Aldridge of Oregon; step-sons Douglas Banks, Edward & Farris Carter; brother Fred Segars; 17 GC; 21 GGC. Whitlock Mortuary, Toccoa, has charge of arrangements.
