CARTER, Lucille R., 53, of Tampa, entered into rest November 16, 2008. Lucille loved to spend time with her adoring grand-children. She was a loving wife, mother, grand-mother, aunt, sister and friend. She will be sadly missed. She was preceded in death, in August, by her beloved husband, James T. Carter Sr., and is survived by her son, James "Tommy" Carter Jr. (Andrea); sister, Marcella Wrigglesworth (Pete); grandchildren, James T. Carter III, Nathaniel Marlowe and McKinsey Carter; special nieces and nephews, Shannon Turner (Ken), Hope and Randi Ferry, Laci Neumann, Gary, Debbie and Pete; lifelong friends, Shelly and Shirley. Funeral services will take place at 3 p.m. Saturday, November 22, 2008, at Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time.
