COLONIE Lucille Prall Miller, 79, of Colonie, died Wednesday, December 31, 2003 at her residence. She was born in Baltimore, Md. and was an Albany area resident for 40 years. Survivors include three sons, Michael Miller of Syracuse, Patrick Miller of Colonie and Daniel Miller of Los Angeles, Calif.; sister of Joseph Prall of Mass. and Corrine Neville of Syracuse. Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family. There will be no calling hours.
