LUCILLE JUDITH POULIN MANCHESTER, N.H. / SOUTH BURLINGTON - Lucille Judith Poulin, 84, formerly of South Burlington, died on Friday, April 10, 2009, in Manchester, N.H. She was born the daughter of J. Alexander and Zenaide (Bisaillon) Poulin on Oct. 4, 1924. The family moved from her birthplace of St. Philomene, Quebec, Canada to Vergennes where she, her three brothers and four sisters attended local schools. Lucille is survived by two sisters, Sister Marie Therese Poulin, RSM of Farmington Hills, Mich., and Frances Poulin Ryan and her husband Bernard of Mechanicsburg, Pa.; two brothers, Philip Poulin and his wife Beverly of Essex Junction, Vt., and Jean Paul Poulin and his wife Gisele of Barefoot Bay, Fla.; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased in death by one brother, Fernand J. Poulin of Essex Junction; and two sisters, Sister Marie Georgette, RSM, and Sister Mary Florence, RSM, both from Farmington Hills, Mich. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, April 15, 2009, at 11 a.m. in St. John Vianney Catholic Church in South Burlington. Visiting hours will be on Wednesday morning from 9 to 10:30 a.m. at the LaVigne Funeral Home, 132 Main St. in Winooski. Memorial contributions may be made to the Salvation Army, 64 Main St., Burlington, VT 05401.
