Lucille Harding Collins, 77, of St. Petersburg, Fla., formerly of Elk Valley, died July 31, at Northside Hospital, in St. Petersburg, Fla.She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawton Howard Collins; sons, Garry Collins, Danny Collins; daughters, Kathy Kramer, Donna Bastin.Funeral services were held Aug. 5. Interment was in Valley View Cemetery, in Pioneer.Harp Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
