COLLINS, Lucille Brown Lowery, 78, of Dade City, passed away April 1, 2009, in Monroe, N.C. She was preceded in death by her husband, Chester C. Collins. There will be a visitation 3-5 p.m. Sunday, April 5, 2009, at the 301 Chapel of Hodges Family Funeral Home in Dade City. Graveside services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday, April 6, 2009, at Chapel Hill Gardens in Dade City.
