DUGUAY, Lucia (née Racine)- 1919 – 2008.The family announces with sorrow her death in Sturgeon Falls on Friday June 6, 2008 at the age of 88 years. Daughter of the late Stanislas and of the late Clara (née Dupuis) Racine. Loving mother of Claude Duguay (Rejeanne) of Hanmer and of Denise Riberdy (André) of Cache Bay. Dear sister of René Racine (late Lucille), Léo Racine (Jeannine) and Aurore Villeneuve (Phil), all of Sudbury, Jean-Paul Racine (Ann-Mary) of Cache Bay, Stella Perrin (Rhéal) and Lucienne Tremblay (late Henri) both of Sturgeon Falls. Predeceased by her brother Aimé Racine (Jeannine of Sturgeon Falls). Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her five grandchildren Marc, Denis (Kim), Gérald (Mary Lynn), Michel (Christine) and Lise Gervais (Marc- André) as well as by her eight great grandchildren Nicholas, Eric, Corinne, Matthew, Jonathan, Meagan, Dominique and Olivier. Ms. Duguay was a proud member of the Catholic Women's League at Our Lady of Sorrows parish. The family will receive friends at Sacré-Coeur Church, Sturgeon Falls Saturday June 14 after 10:15 am. Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 11:00 am. Donations to the West Nipissing General Hospital Foundation would be appreciated (cheques only).
