Obituary of Louise-Summers Carter

Funeral services for Mrs. Louise Summers Carter 90 will be held at 1 PM Saturday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel with Rev. David Ash officiating. Mrs. Carter died Wednesday October 12 2005 at Middle TN Medical Center. She was a native of Rutherford County and the daughter of the late Quinton and Annie Pearl Todd Summers. Mrs. Carter was married to the late Aubrey Carter. She was a member of Mt. Hermon Baptist Church and was a devoted homemaker. She is survived by a daughter Annie Pearl Miller of Flower Mound TX; sons Kenneth Carter of Murfreesboro TN; Mitchell Carter of Jackson TN; Ray Carter of S.C. Cleve Carter of MI and Connie Carter of N.C.; brother Sewell Summers of Murfreesboro TN 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Visitation with the family will be from 4-8 PM Friday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Memorials in memory of Mrs. Carter may be made to Mt. Hermon Baptist Church 2433 Mt. Hermon Rd.
