HARLEM, Ga. - Louise A. Smith, 80, wife of the late Everett Smith, entered into rest on Wednesday, July 24, 2013, at Doctors Hospital of Augusta. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, July 26, 2013, Old Union Baptist Church, Harlem, Ga. with the Rev. Rodney Bodiford officiating. Interment will follow in Westover Memorial Park, Augusta. Ga. Mrs. Smith was born in Savannah, Georgia to the late George and Irene Akerman. She was a member of Old Union Baptist Church and the Church Choir. Survivors her two sons and John Smith and his wife Grace, David Smith and his wife Marilyn, of Harlem; nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren; two sisters, Earlene Goblin, Evans and Gloria Ferraro, Grovetown.
