Louise Montgomery, 76, of Russellville, died Saturday, Sept. 15, 2001. She had lived in this area all of her life; she was a member of Alva Chapel Baptist Church.She was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd I. Montgomery.Visitation was 6-8 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 15, 2001, at Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville. The funeral will be at 4 p.m. today at the funeral home chapel, with Brother Curtis Taylor and Brother Jarriod Baker officiating. Burial will follow in Franklin Memory Gardens.She is survived by a son, Charles Montgomery and wife, Margaret, of Russellville, Ala.; two daughters, Peggy Oliver and friend, Donald Bendall, of Russellville, Ala., and June Smith and husband, Chris, of Russellville, Ala.; brother, Frank Britnell of Russellville, Ala.; sister, Mary Nell Britnell of Russellville, Ala.; grandchildren, Cindy Davis and husband, Denny, Barry Montgomery and wife, Samantha, Dawn James and husband, Jeff, Jarriod Baker and wife, Tonya, Andrea Arguedas and husband, Johnny; stepgranddaughter, Chrissie Smith; 10 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.Pallbearers will be Barry Montgomery, Denny Davis, Jeff James, Jarriod Baker, Johnny Arguedas and Nate Montgomery.
