Louise Mitchell Wade Stewart SPARTANBURG, SC-- Mrs. Louise Mitchell Wade Stewart, 88, of 405 Caulder Avenue, peacefully entered rest on Saturday, February 8, 2014. Mrs. Stewart was a native of Spartanburg County, SC; she was the daughter of the late Rudolph and Sunie Mitchell. Louise was first married to James D. Wade; after his death, she married Willie "Sleepy" Stewart. He preceded her in death in 1991. Mrs. Stewart was a member of Pleasant View United Methodist Church. After 35 years of service, Mrs. Stewart retired from Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System. Mrs. Stewart was predeceased by: her stepson, Roosevelt Stewart and her siblings, Bobby S., and Harold E. Mitchell and Marlee Mitchell Oglesby. Mrs. Stewart is survived by her loving family of five generations: children, Don C. (Elretha) Wade, Janice N. Wade, Zenobia (Regnold) Wade, Linda G. (Lynn) Maynard, Andrea L. Booker, Michael (Lester Ann) Stewart and Charles M. (Janie) Stewart; siblings, John Paul Mitchell, Walter R. Mitchell, Elder Charles R. (Patricia) Mitchell and Betty D. Smith; her fourteen grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends. A Celebration of the Life of Mrs. Louise Mitchell Wade Stewart will be held on Saturday, February 15, 2014 at 12:00 noon at the John Stinson Woodward Memorial Chapel. The Reverend Dr. Eddie C.
