CARTER, Louise Kathrine 80, of St. Petersburg, went to be with the Lord Wednesday, Jan. 27, 2010. She was a Nanny. She is survived by 1 daughter, Gerry F. Comber; 2 sons, Burt and Martin Teetor; 1 sister, Fay Waldrop; 2 brothers, Dave and Randy Martin; 3 grandchildren, Tiffany Avey, Garrett and Aaron Teetor; and 2 great-grandchildren, Olivia and Noah Avey. She was predeceased by a son, Wayne Teetor and a grandson, Duke Vaughn. A memorial service will be 11am Tuesday, Feb. 9, 2010 at New Destiny International Church 11200 Dr. MLK Jr. St. N.
