Frances Louise Glenn Morrison, 91, formerly of Honea Path, widow of Juby Morrison, died Tuesday, March 6, 2001, at National Health Care. Born in Anderson County, she attended Anderson College and Winthrop College, and was retired from Sears Roebuck & Co. with 27 1/2 years service. She was an active member of Mount Bethel Baptist Church for many years, working in the W.M.U. and serving as a Sunday School teacher. Surviving are her children, Wesley Glenn Morrison and wife, Jean, of Newark, Del., Linda Morrison White of Anderson, Buck Morrison and wife, Tommie Jean, of Belton, Floride Morrison Manning and husband, Eddie, of Laurens, K (Midgie) Henderson and husband, Heyward, of Anderson, and Butch Morrison and wife, Charlotte, of Anderson; a brother, Henry S. Glenn and wife, Lucia, of Anderson; one sister, Lucille Glenn Coleman and husband, Alfred, of Saluda; 20 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild, "adopted daughter," Hee Sook Song, a Korean Seminary student who made her home with Mrs. Morrison while she attended Erskine Seminary. She was the daughter of the late Charles Curran and Kate Shearer Glenn, and was preceded in death by brothers, Charles and Cecil Glenn; a sister, Rebecca Campbell Sanders; and a son-in-law, Milton V. White. Services will be held at 3 p.m. Friday at Sullivan-King Mortuary, Northeast Chapel, by the Rev. Butch Morrison and the Rev. Tom Fawcett. Burial will be held at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. tonight at the Northeast Chapel. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers. The family is at the home of a daughter, Linda White, 1406 Stonehurst Road, Anderson. Flowers are optional or memorials may be made to the charity of choice.
