Louise E. Orlando, 77     PORTLAND - Louise E. Orlando, 77, of Oakley Street, died Sept. 3, 2007, in Portland. She was born in Portland, the daughter of Constantino and Dora Costello Feroci.      She was predeceased by her husband, Louis S. Orlando. She is survived by her children, Constantino, Reta, Donna and Barbi-Jo Orlando; and grandchild, Nicole Marie.     Visiting hours will be held from 7-9 p.m. on Friday at Jones Rich & Hutchins Funeral Home, 199 Woodford St., Portland.
