RYDER, LOUISE E. - At Lincourt Manor, St. Stephen, N.B. Saturday, September 18, 2004. Louise E. Ryder, widow of the late Harry H. Ryder of St. Stephen, N.B., Louise was born at Mayfield, N.B. in 1910, daughter of the late Leonard and Hulda (Harvey) Jackson. She is survived by daughters Christine Swager (Robert), Shirley Downey (Kenneth); grandchildren Jeffrey Swager (Karen), Jill Swager, Joel Swager (Lynnette), Janis Downey (Bruce Millar) and Jonathan Downey; one great granddaughter Alicia Swager; one sister Marjorie Cumberland; sisters-in-law Mae Jackson and Alice Jackson; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held from The S.O. Mehan and Son Funeral Home Ltd, 23 Main Street, St. Stephen, N.B. (506-466-1844) on Monday, September 20, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Peter Atkinson officiating. In lieu of flowers, remembrances to Lincourt Manor, Hospice or charity of one's choice would be appreciated by the family.
