SMITH, Louise Charmaine August 31, 1943 - March 2, 2013 Charmaine passed away on March 2, 2013 at Victoria Hospice; finally released from her long time of pain. Charmaine was born in Victoria to Frederick and Catherine Smith. Her early career was as an airline Stewardess. She later became engaged in the fashion industry for many years until her retirement from the local "Sunday Snowflakes" outlet. Family thanks go to the devoted staffs of Royal Jubilee Hospital and Victoria Hospice for the kindness and care provided to Charmaine in the past months. There will be no service. Charmaine's ashes will join those of her parents at the First Memorial "Garden of Memories" Royal Oak location.
