Services for Louise Smith Carter 74 will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Leon Johnson Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Chester County Memory Gardens. Mrs. Carter a seamstress for Salant Salant Mfg. in Henderson died Wednesday at Riverside Regional Medical Center in Newport News Va. of heart failure. She was preceded in death by her husband Roy Carter. She is survived by three daughters and two sons Josephine Brandow of New Port News Va. Blenda Darlene Morrison of Colorado Springs Colo. Gloria Janette Stout of Henderson the Rev. Roy Wayne Carter of Huntingdon West Va. and Larry Carter of Bethel Springs; two sisters and a brother Carrie Neal Lott of Jacks Creek Nancy Bishop of Henderson and William Billy Smith of Tuscon Ariz.
