Louise Carter Louise Carter, 63, of Quincy, Fla., died at home on Sunday. The funeral services will be at 11 a.m. EDT on Saturday, at St. Joseph M. B. Church in Quincy, with burial at Sunnyvale Cemetery in Quincy. Viewing/Visitation will be at the church on Friday from 3 until 7:30 p.m. EDT. Tillman Funeral Home (850-997-5553), Monticello, is serving Ms. Carter's Family.A native of Troy, Ala., Ms. Carter was a resident of Quincy for more than 40 years. She was a retired patient care assistant at Capital Healthcare, and prior to retiring, she had worked at several other healthcare facilities. She was a member of Ebenezer AME Church in Quincy. Among those mourning her passing are her sons, Bobby (Tanjalie) Bean and Kenneth Roney of Quincy, and Karl Roney of Defuniak Springs, Fla.; daughters, Angela (Barry) Graham of Monticello and Anisa Herring of Tallahassee; brother, Willie L. Beauchamp and Willie D. Beauchamp, both of Quincy; sisters, Annie Woods of Quincy, and Christine McClenton of Brundige, Ala.; along with five grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
