PETERS, LOUISE C. (CULP), 83, passed away November 27, 2011 at Camelot Nursing Center. She was preceded in death by her husband of over 50 years, James Peters Sr. She was a mother who taught the meaning of love and the Golden Rule, and a grandmother who enjoyed spoiling her grandchildren. She is survived by her son, James Peters Jr.; and daughter, Gwen Culp; granddaughters, Erica Drechsel (Daryl), Jamie Peters and Lesli Burch (Brit); great-grandsons, Christian Perkins and Shawn Jones.
