Duluth - Louise Artie Smith, 97, of Duluth, passed away February 16, 2008.Miss Smith was born in Rutledge, Georgia on June 5, 1910 and was the daughter of the late Omar P. Smith and Ola Athon Smith. She was a graduate of UGA, a member of First United Methodist Church, and was retired from the Internal Revenue Service. Survivors include two nieces, one nephew, and several great nieces and great nephews.
