Louis Edward "Eddie" Clark, 49, of Louisville, died Saturday, October 4, 2003, at his residence. He was born in Louisville on June 15, 1954. He was the former owner/operator of Eddie's Place and a member of SS. Simon & Jude Catholic Church, Excelsior Masonic Lodge #548, Scottish Rite and Kosair Shrine. Survivors include his wife, Lisa Blanford Clark; daughters, Stacy, Ashleigh and Candace; and a sister, Sharon Hayes. His funeral Mass will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at SS. Simon & Jude Catholic Church, 4335 Hazelwood Ave., with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens-West. Visitation will be from noon-9 p.m. Monday and after 11 a.m. Tuesday at family-owned Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy.
