April 22, 2003 Louis B. Marino, 75, of 23 Swift Street, Auburn died peacefully at his home on April 22, 2003. Born in Solvay, NY, he graduated from West High School and attended Cayuga Community College in Auburn. He retired from Alco Products and Springside Inn. After serving in the Navy, he was elected a Ward Three Supervisor. Louis attended St. Mary's Church and was a member of the Holy Name Society and coached CYO Basketball for many years. He also was a longtime member of the Romans Athletic Club and YMCA. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, the former Lola DiCenzo; one daughter, Susan Chadderdon of Auburn; three sons, Bernard of Auburn, Thomas of Skaneateles and David of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; along with eight grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held on Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Pettigrass Funeral Home, 196 Genesee St., Auburn. Services will be held Friday at 9:30 a.m. in St. Mary's Church, Clark St., Auburn.
