LOWELL - Lorraine I. (Cote) Cinq-Mars, 88, a lifelong resident of the Pawtucketville section of Lowell, died yesterday, July 3, at Lowell General Hospital after a long illness. She was the husband of Andre G. Cinq-Mars, who died in 1981.She was born in Canada on Nov. 19, 1914, a daughter of the late Elzear and Maria (Frechette) Cote.Prior to retiring, Mrs. Cinq-Mars was employed as a seamstress at several local dress companies.She was a communicant of Ste Jeanne d'Arc Church in Lowell.She is survived by her two daughters, Jeannine L. and her husband Richard F. Lacerte of Hudson, Mass., and Elaine M. Cinq-Mars of Fort Worth, Texas; a brother, Robert Cote, residing in California; a sister, Estelle Regan of Chelmsford; six grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
