Lori Lynn Carter, 40      BETHEL - Lori Lynn Carter, 40, of Bethel, died Dec. 16, 2005 at home with family and friends by her side.      She was born May 10, 1965 in Portland, the daughter of Les Carter of South Portland and Margaret Carter of Portland. Lori attended Portland schools     Lori is survived by her parents, daughters, Amber, April and Amanda; brothers and sisters, Cyndi, Tim, Kathy and Bob; husband, Denie; two stepchildren, Jaquline and Maxwell; and many friends.      She was predeceased by one brother Lawrence.     A memorial service will be held at the Naples United Methodist Church of Good Fellowship on Thursday, Dec. 22 at 11 a.m. with the Rev.
