ST. JEAN, Lorenzo Rene' January 15, 1922 - January 2, 2004 With sadness in their hearts, the family of Lorenzo St. Jean of St. Albert, formerly of Legal, announces his passing away January 2, 2004. He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Lucienne and his children, Ronald (Madeleine) of St. Albert, Roger (Jennette) of Fort St. John B.C., Carmen (Ted) of Calgary and Doris of St. Albert. Lorenzo will also be greatly missed by his grandchildren: Chantal (Wade), Marc, Kris, Chelsea, Melanie, Lissa, Graeme, Nicola, Natalie (Vance) and his great-granddaughter Zoe. Raised in the Legal area, Lorenzo went east in his younger days and it was in Welland, Ontario that he met and wed Lucienne Lejeune of St-Magloire, Quebec. After spending two years in Ontario, the family returned to Legal where Lorenzo practiced the profession of partsman for International Harvester and later on for Norwest Automotive. Respecting his wishes, the immediate family will be celebrating his life in a private ceremony. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cross Cancer Institute in his name.
