Funeral service for Lollie Mae Brown, 84, Cedar Highland Boulevard, who died Thursday, Dec. 22, 2005, at Halifax Convalescent, will be 2 p.m. Friday, December 30, at St. James Missionary Baptist Church, with the Rev. E.L. Yorker, Sr. Pastor, officiating. Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery. Calling hours are today (Thursday, Dec. 29) from 4 p.m. until 9 p.m. at Herbert Thompson Funeral Home. Mrs. Brown was born in High Springs and moved to this area in 1928. She was a member of St. James Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, Albert Brown, Daytona Beach; sister, Ollie Mae Bingham, Daytona Beach; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
