Culinary TechnicianLAKE WALES -- Mrs. Lois Caldwell Williams of Lake Wales died of heart disease Monday (Nov. 4, 2002) at Lake Wales Medical Center. She was 72.Born in Elba, Ala., on Oct. 24, 1930, she came to Lake Wales from there in 1958. She was a culinary technician. She was a member of Lee's Chorus and was a class leader at Allen Temple AME Church in Lake Wales.Mrs. Williams is survived by her husband, Johnnie Williams; daughter, Marilyn D. Hadley, Lake Wales; brother, M.J. Caldwell, Elba, Ala.; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Allen Temple AME Church, 241 C St., Lake Wales. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the church. Epps Mortuary, Lake Wales.
