ANDERSON, LOIS JEAN HOOPER, 56, of Louisville, died Saturday, June 17, 2006, at Norton Hospital. She was a retired nursing assistant. Survivors include three sons, Charles R. II, Shalako K.(Michell), and Kevin D. Hooper; one brother, George Hooper Jr.; a niece, Charmel E. Caver; and Howard Patrick, a cousin who cared for her; and eight grandchildren. Her funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at First Virginia Avenue Baptist Church, 3601 Virginia Ave., with burial in Green Meadows Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-9 p.m. Thursday at W. P. Porter Mortuary, 2611 Virginia Ave.
