Lois Ann Moore, 65, of West Frankfort passed away at her residence on Wednesday, November 16, 2011 at 3:30 P.M. She was born November 8, 1946 in Mattoon, Il. to Edgbert Essex and Elizabeth (Carter) Essex. Survivors include two brothers, Kenneth Essex and wife, Diane of Panama, Il. and Duane Essex and wife Tammy of West Frankfort; sister, Mary Fouts and husband, Jimmie of Salem, Il. And several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents. She formerly worked at the Stonebridge Nursing Home in Benton. Interment of her ash's will be in the Mulkeytown Cemetery on Saturday, November 19, 2011 at 1:00 P.M.
