Obituary of Lizzie-Edna Carter

PENN YAN - Lizzie Edna Carter, 86, of East Main Street, Penn Yan, passed away at home Monday (June 3rd). Calling hours will be held on Thursday (June 6th) from 1 to 2 p.m., with services for Edna at 2 p.m., all at Weldon Funeral Home followed by burial in Overacker Cemetery, Middlesex.Memorial donations may be made to Ontario Yates Hospice, 756 Pre-Emption Road, Geneva, N.Y. 14456.Edna was born May 2, 1927, the daughter of Lonnie and Bertha Barefoot Dew.She is survived by a son, Charlie (Melanie) Carter of Branchport; a daughter, Mrs. D.
