DAVIS, LINDA SUE, 62, of Louisville, passed away, Friday, July 24, 2009 at Baptist Hospital East. She was the former Linda Sue McKenzie, a native of Staffordsville, KY. Linda was a retired employee for the US Postal Service with 33 years of service. She was a member of the Fern Creek Deaf Senior Citizens Club, Lincoln Trail Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Robert O. Davis; her children, Krista L. Recktenwald (Keith), Barry A. Davis (Christina) and Tina M. Davis; grandchildren, Andy, Samantha, Allyson, Dylan, McKenzie, Dakota, Bailey, Olivia and Kaylee; and her brother, Larry McKenzie (Patty). Funeral service: noon Monday at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Chapel, 4400 Bardstown Road with burial to follow in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation is at the funeral home on Sunday from 1-8 p.m. and on Monday from 9 a.m.-noon.
