CAMPBELL Linda Sosa Campbell, 48, died at her home Thursday morning September 11, 2003. Born in Fort Bragg, N.C., she lived in Fayetteville, N.C., for most of her life. She came to Jacksonville in 1991 and was a realtor with Watson for the past 8 years. Linda was a longtime member of Soka Gakkai International and was active in PETA and M.A.D.D. She enjoyed swimming, mountain climbing and scuba diving and was a leader in the S.G.I. Chorus. Survivors include her 12 year old son, Evan Blair Campbell, parents, Betty L. and Steven V. Sosa, four brothers and sisters, Gail Purgason (Neil), Steven V. Sosa, Jr. (Cynthia), Sandra Sosa and Michael A. Sosa, four nieces and nephews, Shannon Sosa, Katherine Sosa, Jonathan Purgason and Vincent Purgason, and many other family and friends. Mr. Fred Harford, Jr. will conduct Memorial Services at 2:00 PM Sunday, September 14th, at HARDAGE-GIDDENS HENDRICKS CHAPEL. In lieu of flowers, please send memorial contributions to PETA or M.A.D.D.
