Lovingly remembered by son Toivo Voksepp (Karen); daughter Tiiu Jaager (Heldur); grandchildren, David Jaager (Leanne), Tina Cooper (Christopher); great-grandchildren, Griffin, Aidan, Alysha and Abby; sister Hilja and relatives in Estonia. Funeral service on Saturday, August 16th at 1PM at Estonian United Baptist Church, 1645 N. Grandview Hwy., Van. Pastor Andres Rebane officiating.
