CARTER Linda Lu Carter, 62, (My Little Angel), went home to be with her Lord and savior on September 5, 2007 after a brief illness. Linda was a life long resident of Jacksonville and a dedicated employee for over 35 years for Answer Phone. Survivors include her loving husband, Herbert L. Carter and numerous friends and extended family. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 9:00 PM on Friday, September 7, 2007 with a Rosary service IN FRENCH at 7:00 PM at FRASER FUNERAL HOME, 8168 Normandy Boulevard, 904-781-4314.
