Linda Lou Roberts, 67, of Campbellsville, died at 8:01 a.m. Tuesday, June 4, 2013, in Campbellsville. Daughter of the late Tyler Roberts Sr. and Oneta Baker Roberts, she was born June 25, 1945, in Taylor County. She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Campbellsville Baptist Church. She was a former employee of Fruit of the Loom and Batesville Casket Co. and had worked as a caretaker and nurse's assistant. Survivors include two brothers, James Roberts Jr. and Allen Thompson of Campbellsville; a sister, Brenda Lewis and her husband, Junior, of Shepherdsville, Ky.; two nieces, Vickie Coy and her husband, Alan, of Mt. Washington, Ky., and Robin Hughes and her husband, Steve, of Georgetown, Ky.; two great-nephews, Zachary Hughes and Noah Hughes of Georgetown; her beloved dog, Casey; and many other relatives and friends. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Norma Jean Roberts Altman Sinkhorn. Funeral was Thursday, June 6, at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville. Dr. James Jones officiated. Burial was in Brookside Cemetery.
