<!-- FH = . -->Linda Lee Smith (Teson)Linda Lee (Teson) Smith, 62, of Fair Grove, passed away on November 26, 2012, at Mercy Hospital in Springfield Missouri after a long, hard fought battle with cancer.A memorial service will be held at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Springfield on December 8, 2012 at 11:00 am.Born July 29, 1950 in Bonne Terre, Missouri, she is predeceased by her parents Sebastian and Elvera (Hall) Teson, two grandchildren Derek and Jeremiah Smith, nephew Jason Teson, cousin Tommy Teson, beloved mother-in-law Nellie Sigman and a host of aunts, uncles and friends.Linda was an amazing mother, grandma, sister, aunt, cousin and friend. Her strong will to live, unwavering faith in God, and devotion to her family are a true testament of how wonderful she was. Her strength, courage, and generosity are an inspiration to us all. Her cooking was the centerpiece for family gatherings filled with endless card games, stories, and laughter. Aside from her family, Linda's passions included living in the country and camping at the Huzzah, a tradition from her childhood and one the family will continue for generations to come. She loved to challenge her mind. She was a wiz at Scrabble and spent many hours reading and doing crossword puzzles. Linda was a shining member of her cancer support groups and loved attending Camp Bluebird with her network of friends. She is survived by her Husband Gary Smith, children Doug Smith and Norma Haggard, Angela Smith, Brian and Tina Smith, Jennifer Smith and Nick Willett, Dean Smith, David and Jill Smith, Dawn and Dan Nye, 13 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, 2 sisters, 4 brothers, best friend Wanda Lasater who was by her side till the end and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.She touched the lives of all who knew her; she will be greatly missed and never forgotten.
