HALFMOON Linda J. Wilson, 58, of Halfmoon, died June 28, 2005 at Saratoga Hospital after a three-year fight with breast cancer. She was born September 21, 1946 in Lancaster, N.H., to the late George and Phyllis Wheeler. Previously from Sarasota, Fla., she had lived in Halfmoon for the past year. Ms. Wilson went to nursing school in Maine and was a registered nurse in several hospitals. Linda was a certified Scuba diver. She was strong-spirited, always kept her humor and will to live, loved and will be tremendously missed by every life she touched. She was always with a smile and a joke, always. Survivors include her ex-husband, Alan Wilson of Ill.; one son, Scott Wilson of Ind.; one daughter, Trish and her husband Dan Connolly of Halfmoon; two sisters, Darlene and Dawn Wheeler; two brothers, George and Jon Wheeler, all of Maine; grandchildren, Kailah, Kyra, Kylee and Keegan Connolly and Tyler Wilson; several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be Friday at 11 a.m. at the Catricala Funeral Home, Inc., 1597 Rte. 9, Clifton Park.
